What is DPD Pickup? |
DPD Pickup offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. DPD Pickup allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office. There are thousands of pick up locations for you to choose from.
Your order is securely stored for 7 days until you are ready to collect it.
Not only that, DPD Pickup reduces carbon emissions by over 85% compared to home delivery. By choosing DPD Pickup, you’re choosing the sustainable delivery option. |
How does it work? |
At checkout, just select the DPD Pickup option and select a nearby DPD Pickup Point from thousands nationwide.
You will receive a notification email from DPD when your order is ready to be collected.
The opening hours of the DPD Pickup Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email allowing you to collect at a convenient time for you.
DPD Pickup Points are open long hours and will store your package securely until you are ready to collect at a time that suits you. |
How do I know when my order is ready to pick up? |
You will be notified via an email from DPD when your package is available to pick up. |
How long do I have to pick up my order? |
You can pick up your order within 7 days of it arriving at the DPD Pickup Point. |
What happens if the order is not picked up? |
If the order is not picked up after 7 days it will be returned to the retailer on the 8th day. |
What do I need to do to pick up my order? |
You will need to bring the DPD Pickup Pass, sent by DPD via email, with you when you collect your order. |

- If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can send it back to us in the original packaging within 14 days and a refund will be processed minus the delivery cost. Returned parcels without any particular fault are returned at your own cost.
- If there is an issue or fault with the composition of the product, please send it back to us or contact us for return label and we will issue a full refund

When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item does not get lost. Please ensure that returning items are well packed to prevent any damages.
Absolute HT Ltd holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond it's reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, no refund will be made.
*If you are returning any item(s) back to us due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return. If you are returning an item which does not have any manufacturing fault, you will be liable for the cost of return.
